OÜ RemontOFF (registry code 16994014) is a company registered in Estonia at Kivikalme põik 8, Kopli küla, 75321 Rae vald, Harju maakond. We are the data controller for any personal data described in this policy.

02What this website collects

Nothing in the background. This is a static informational website: it has no user accounts, no analytics or advertising scripts, and it does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. The only interactive element is the contact form, described in section 04 — it sends us exactly what you type into it, nothing more.

All fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own server, so viewing this site sends no requests to third-party services.

03Server logs

Like virtually every website, our hosting server automatically records technical access logs — the IP address of the request, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. These logs are used solely to keep the website secure and operational, are not combined with any other data, and are deleted on a regular rotation.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

04When you contact us

If you write to us by e-mail, call us, or use the contact form on this website, we receive the personal data you choose to share — your name, contact details and the content of your message. The form collects only its three visible fields (name, e-mail, message) and delivers them to our mailbox; nothing is stored on the website itself. We use this data only to answer your inquiry and to handle any resulting business relationship.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Business correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by Estonian accounting and tax law, then deleted.

05Cookies

This website does not set cookies — neither its own nor third-party ones. That is why you do not see a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The contact form also works without cookies: its spam protection is a simple hidden field, not a tracking captcha. If we ever add functionality that requires cookies, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

06Sharing of data

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data may be disclosed only to our hosting provider (acting as a processor, to the extent of storing server logs), to our e-mail service provider (acting as a processor to deliver and store correspondence, including messages sent via the contact form), or where disclosure is required by law.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected and unnecessary data erased;
• restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• receive the data you provided in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@remontoff.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

08Changes to this policy

If the website or our processing changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. The current version always applies.
